Photoshop for the actual job, then I use GIMP to manage file size.

I use GIMP when I log in to Ubuntu.
I really like GIMP, but I find photoshop easier to use.

One month of web hosting would do the trick.
And GIMP is a good tool for adjusting file sizes, But photoshop is easier to use. That's why I use photoshop for the actual job, then GIMP to compress the file size.
