Yup!
Photoshop surgery is where you find an image of somebody injured on the intwerwebs, and us photoshop doctors must fix it! (I know it;s crazy but it's worth a try!  )
Is this a good idea? I might start a base pic later!

Darn you, verycoolguy, you fixed it before I could post! I got a new Patient here. He says he got a badly infected finger, and it just burst. The puss is all dried but we need to clean it up!
